		<description>great post! I love how easy it is to make broth when you get into the swing of things. I also keep a bags of frozen vegetable trimmings in the freezer that I can throw into the stock pot. I collect the bones in the freezer too. It&#039;s a great thing to do when you have a day at home, or even put everything in a large stockpot. Thanks for reminding me that I need to find a source for local chickens too!</description>
