Does Food Affect Your Mood?
You didn’t need to convince me, but a recent study from the University College in London shows that eating a poor diet may mean that you’re more likely to suffer from depression. The study was based on a self-assessment by 3,486 civil service representatives over a give-year period who answered tracked their diet and moods. You can read more about the study on Phil Lempert’s Food, Nutrition and Science web site.
