Time to Get Your Greens! Join in a Cooking & Wellness Class to Learn How to Pick and Prepare Deep Leafy Greens

If I could recommend only one thing people could do to improve their diet and feel healthier, it would be to eat more greens. Greens are so nutritious and actually help cleanse your body and strengthen your blood and respiratory systems. They are low calorie, filled with fiber and packed with lots of minerals and vitamins.

If you haven’t liked greens like chard, kale, collard greens in the past; it’s probably because they haven’t been prepared properly. Come learn the science behind preparing and cooking greens so that they don’t taste bitter along with some simple and flavorful recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks.
